Project Highlights: This 23,226-square-foot transformation was delivered in just 16 weeks, showcasing a complete tenant improvement for Ross. The project featured enhanced structural supports for rooftop units, new build walls, finishes and  floors, upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and roof modifications — all seamlessly executed to reflect Ross’s new brand vision and layout.
