Tenant improvement of an existing retail space for a new Petco Animal Supply Store including an in-house Veterinary Clinic. Work included interior finishes, MEP fit-out, structural modifications, and exterior envelope updates to add a new automatic sliding door and vet clinic exterior entrance.
