Demo and fit out of a former two-story retail store into a single-story Burlington Coat Factory store. Including new interior finishes, MEP fit-out, structural improvements to infill elevator/escalator shaft hole, minor exterior envelope modifications, and site work to build loading dock and trash enclosure.
