Project Highlights: This project encompassed both Landlord work and Tenant Improvement for our repeat client, Ross. The Landlord work featured seismic upgrades, masonry infill, added structural support for the new entry storefront, a new roof, exterior painting, a brand-new HVAC system, and floor preparation for tile installation. The Tenant Improvement scope included the build-out of the Ross store, covering areas such as the Sales Floor, Fitting Rooms, Restrooms, Locker Room, Offices, Breakroom and the installation of a new Trash Compactor
