Tenant Improvement

Area:  4,721 SF Tenant Improvement

This TI involved combining two suites, which included demo of the existing offices, break rooms, and a restroom.  New construction consisted of new ceiling insulation in most of the space, framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling work for new offices, conference room, and break room as well as electrical lighting and fire alarm system upgrades.  The balance of the concrete floors were polished, and new rubber base was added.  The restrooms were upgraded with new toilet partitions, accessories, counters, and mirrors.
