Ground Up Project

This project was from the ground up and held many challenges. The site work included utilities, underground stormwater storage, landscaping and irrigation.

The building is masonry with structural steel.  There are three services bays and two-story racking for tire storage.  The balance of the building consists of a Sales/Display Area, Lounge, Hospitality, Office, Rest Rooms, and Mezzanine for additional Storage.
