This project was an extensive tenant improvement converting a gymnastic studio to a 21 bay Service Center.  Work included the concrete infill of the floor, as well as structural upgrades for the shop equipment.  The Break Room, Bathrooms, exterior, site work, and landscaping was also upgraded.
