Project Highlights: This project stands as a prime example of the critical role that coordination plays in successful project execution. Despite the restaurant remaining operational throughout the construction period, RCA skillfully navigated the complexities of the situation. Key enhancements included the addition of a self pick-up window, modifications to the façade, reconfiguration of the order counter and condiment station, updates to part of the kitchen, and the relocation of the order kiosk. This intricate organization of construction activities, carried out without disrupting the restaurant's daily operations, underscores the importance of meticulous planning and coordination in achieving project objectives while minimizing impact on ongoing business.
